Free Google Ads audit
Nathan's team reviews your account and tells you, in plain words, what we would change first. Free, no obligation.
Why start with an audit
Every agency says it can do better. An audit is how you check. You see how we think about your account before you pay anyone anything, and you keep the findings whether you hire us or not.
Nathan Synoground is the founder of TheCMO and Fruitful Local. He has managed $20.5M in Google Ads across 150 client accounts since 2018. The same checks we run on accounts we manage are the ones we run on yours.
We do not promise a number in an audit. Nobody can until they have run the account. We tell you what is wrong, what it is likely costing you, and what we would do about it.
What the audit checks
-
Conversion tracking
Is each purchase counted once, at the right value? Are micro-actions inflating your numbers?
-
Search terms
What did you actually pay for? Where is money going to searches that never buy?
-
Campaign structure
Do Search, Shopping and Performance Max have clear jobs, or are they fighting over the same shopper?
-
Product feed
For stores: titles, product types, custom labels and disapprovals. The feed decides what Google can show.
-
Brand vs new demand
How much of your revenue comes from people who already searched your name?
-
Budget split
Is money going to the products and campaigns that earn it?
What you get back
A short written review: what we found, why it matters, and the order we would fix it in. If you already have an agency, it doubles as a list of questions to ask them. Our guide on questions to ask a Google Ads agency covers the rest.
Audit questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to hire us afterwards.
What access do you need?
Read access to your Google Ads account is enough to start. If you use Merchant Center and Google Analytics, read access to those helps too. You can remove our access whenever you like.
Who does the audit?
Nathan's team. The same people who would run your account.
What if my account is in good shape?
Then we will tell you so. A short audit that says keep going is still worth having.
